Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

Passed G.C.E. (O/L) with:
- 06 subjects in one sitting

Credit passes in at least 04 subjects, including:
- Medium Language
- Mathematics
- English Language
- Passed G.C.E. (A/L) in 03 subjects in one sitting
- Possess a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ Level 5) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC), or
- Successfully completed a recognized Computer Literacy Course (for relevant positions)
