🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must possess the relevant qualifications and experience required for the applied position, including:
- Passed G.C.E. (O/L) Examination
- Passed G.C.E. (A/L) Examination

Professional qualification from:
- Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka), or
- Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
- Minimum 06 years of experience as a Head of Accounts in a recognized institution or cooperative society
- Minimum 06 years of management experience as an Office Manager in the Accounts Department of a cooperative or recognized institution (AAT qualification will be an added advantage)
- Certificate in Computer Technology / Information Management (minimum one-year duration)
- Minimum 02 years of experience in computer applications
- Passed G.C.E. (A/L) (within a maximum of three attempts) or completed the Cooperative Development Certificate Course conducted by the National Cooperative Council of Sri Lanka
- NVQ Level 4 or an equivalent professional qualification (for relevant positions)
- Relevant field experience according to the position applied for
