🎓 Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

A Degree in one of the following fields:
- Animal Husbandry
- Agriculture
- Plantation Management
- Minimum 01 year of post-qualification experience in a reputed public or private sector farm/estate
- Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka
- Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the position and serve in any part of the country
- Must possess excellent character
- Working knowledge of English will be considered an added advantage

- Knowledge of livestock and farm management practices
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in field-based environments
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
🎂 Age Limit
- Applicants must be between 22 and 45 years of age
- (The upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates.)
