🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
⚖️ Legal Officer
- A Law Degree recognized by the UGC or Attorney-at-Law qualification.
- Minimum 01 year of post-qualifying experience in the relevant field after obtaining the first degree.
- Alternatively, 05 years of satisfactory service in a Junior Manager (JM) category post in the relevant field.
📚 Training & Education Officer
- A UGC-recognized degree in Social Sciences or another relevant field.
- Intermediate Examination of a recognized professional Chartered Institute in a relevant subject area may also be considered.
- Alternatively, 05 years of satisfactory service as an Associate Officer (MA 3) or Management Assistant – Non-Technological (MA 1-1) Grade II in the relevant field.
🕊️ Human Rights Officer
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Social Sciences, Conflict Resolution, International Relations, or a related field with appropriate subject combinations, from a UGC-recognized university.
- A Postgraduate Diploma in the relevant field.
- Alternatively, a UGC-recognized or relevant degree with at least 01 year of professional experience in the relevant field.
- Intermediate Examination of a recognized professional Chartered Institute in a relevant subject area may be considered.
- Alternatively, 08 years of satisfactory service in the Management Assistant – Non-Technical (MA 1-1) category or above in the relevant field.
🌐 Translator
- Possession of a UGC-recognized degree or a degree relevant to the subject area.
- Minimum 01 year of professional experience in a relevant field.
- Relevant Intermediate Examination qualification from a recognized professional Chartered Institute may also be considered.
💻 Hardware/Software Technician
- A relevant proficiency certificate of NVQ Level 5 or above, issued by a Technical/Vocational Training Institute accepted by the TVEC.
🚗 Driver
- Passed six (06) subjects at G.C.E. (O/L) with at least two (02) Credit passes, in not more than two sittings.
- Possess a Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence issued by the Commissioner General of Motor Traffic.
- Minimum 03 years of driving experience after obtaining the licence.
- Alternatively, 05 years of satisfactory service in the Primary Semi-Skilled (PL 2) or Primary Unskilled (PL 1) category.
🗂️ Office Aide
- Must have sat for the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination.
🇱🇰 General Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
- Be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the post and serve anywhere in Sri Lanka.
- Possess excellent moral character.
🎂 Age Limit
Applicants should be not more than 45 years of age.
