🎓 Educational & Professional Qualifications
👔 Project Director
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field, such as ICT & Education Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A relevant Postgraduate Degree (Master’s).
- Associate Membership or a similar professional qualification from a recognized professional body.
- At least 10 years of relevant managerial-level experience.
- Relevant Fellow/Corporate Membership or similar professional qualification may be required.
- Experience in senior managerial positions as specified in the recruitment scheme.
💰 Procurement Specialist / Finance Manager
Applicants should possess relevant qualifications such as:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field.
- Relevant Associate Membership or similar professional qualification.
- Fellow/Corporate Membership or equivalent professional qualification where applicable.
- At least 08 years of relevant managerial-level experience.
- At least 04 years of experience at senior managerial level, where applicable.
🏗️ Senior Engineer
Applicants should possess:
- A relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
- Relevant professional qualifications or Associate Membership from a recognized professional body.
- At least 06 years of relevant managerial-level experience, where applicable.
- Fellow Membership or equivalent professional qualification.
- Alternatively, applicants may qualify as a Class I Officer of a Government All-Island Service or hold a similar status.
- At least 02 years of experience in the Class I post or equivalent status.
📋 Project Officer
Applicants should possess:

A relevant Postgraduate Degree (Master’s)
OR - Associate Membership or similar professional qualification from a recognized professional body.
- Relevant professional experience in the required field.
🛠️ Technical Officer
Applicants should possess one of the following:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or UGC-recognized qualification in the relevant field.
- NVQ Level 7 qualification from an accredited technical/vocational training institute.
- NVQ Level 6 qualification for applicable positions.
- NVQ Level 5 qualification for applicable positions.
- Relevant practical experience according to the qualification level.
Experience requirements may include:
- 02 years in the required area of specialization.
- 05 years in the required area of specialization.
- 08 years in the required area of specialization.
📂 Project Management Assistant
Applicants should possess:

Passed six (06) subjects at G.C.E. (O/L) with four (04) Credit passes, including:
- Sinhala/Tamil
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Passed three (03) subjects at G.C.E. (A/L), excluding the Common Paper.
- Ability to use computers and relevant software.
- Ability to work effectively in English.
- Experience in projects carried out in government institutions will be considered a special qualification.
🗂️ Office Assistant & Driver
Applicants should meet the relevant educational and practical requirements specified for the respective positions.
Candidates should also possess the ability to use computers and software where required and meet the relevant experience and licensing requirements for the position applied for.
⭐ Additional Requirements
- Experience working on government projects will be considered an added advantage.
- Candidates should have good computer literacy.
- Ability to work in English is required.
