🎓 Educational & Professional Qualifications
Applicants must possess the relevant qualifications and experience required for the position applied for, including:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field.
- A Postgraduate Degree (Master’s) in the relevant field, Associate Membership, or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized professional body.
- Corporate / Fellow Membership of a recognized professional body in the relevant field.
- NVQ Level 5, 6, or 7 qualification issued by a technical/vocational training institution recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC).
- Relevant G.C.E. (O/L) and G.C.E. (A/L) qualifications according to the position.
- A minimum six-month Computer Applications course with relevant work experience for applicable positions.
- A Chartered Secretary qualification with relevant experience where required.
- For Driver positions, a valid Driving Licence for the required vehicle class and relevant driving experience.
- Ability to perform basic plumbing work for applicable positions.
💼 Experience Requirements
Experience requirements vary according to the position and may include:
- 11+ years of relevant experience at managerial level, including 05 years at senior managerial level.
- 09+ years of managerial experience, including 04 years at senior managerial level.
- 10+ years of relevant managerial experience for certain Agriculture Specialist positions.
- 08+ years of relevant managerial experience for applicable specialist positions.
- 07+ years of relevant experience for Agriculture Manager positions.
- Relevant experience in Class I / Class II / Class III government service or equivalent positions.
- 03–10 years of relevant experience depending on the position and specialization.
- Minimum 05 years of driving experience for Driver positions.
- Relevant experience in the required technical, agricultural, administrative, or professional field.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in agricultural development and field-based environments.
- Relevant computer literacy and technical skills where required.
- Candidates must possess the qualifications specified for their respective position by the closing date.
