🎓 Qualifications:
- A degree recognized by the University Grants Commission in Accounting, Commerce, Financial Management, Business Management, or a related field
- At least one (01) year of managerial-level experience in the relevant field in a Government Department, State Corporation, Board, Statutory Institution, or a recognized private institution after obtaining the degree
- Having passed the intermediate examination of a recognized professional body relevant to the subject field
- At least one (01) year of managerial-level experience in the relevant field after obtaining such professional qualification
- Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka
- Must be physically and mentally fit to perform duties and serve in any part of the island
- Must be of excellent character

- Not less than 22 years
- Not more than 45 years
