Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

G.C.E. (A/L) Examination in:

Mathematics Stream (Pure / Applied / Combined Mathematics + Physics)
OR - Engineering Technology Stream (including Science)

Mathematics Stream (Pure / Applied / Combined Mathematics + Physics)

G.C.E. (O/L) Examination with:
-
6 subjects including:
- Sinhala / Tamil / English Language
- Mathematics
- Science
- One additional subject
- With credit passes

6 subjects including:
-
One of the following technical qualifications:
- National Diploma in Engineering Technology (Civil) – University of Moratuwa / Hardy Institute, Ampara
- National Diploma in Engineering Science (Civil) – NVTA
- National Higher Diploma in Engineering (Civil) – Ministry of Education
- Technical Diploma (Civil) – Open University of Sri Lanka
- Completion of Part I of Engineering Examination – Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka (Civil)
- NVQ Level 06 (Civil)
- All qualifications must be recognized as equivalent by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission

- Must be a Sri Lankan citizen
- Should possess good character
- Must be physically and mentally fit to work in any part of the country
🎂 Age Limit
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 30 years
