🎓 Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka
- Must possess excellent character and integrity
- Must be physically and mentally fit to serve in any part of Sri Lanka
- Must hold a Degree from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC)
- Must achieve the required proficiency in official languages within 03 years of appointment
- Applicants should not belong to any religious order
